Features :

Teflon is a fluorocarbon based polymer with highchemical resistance, stability at low and high temperature, resistance to weathering, electrical andthermal insulation and extremely low 

coefficient offriction. The chemical name is Polytetrafluoroethylene which is better known as

P.T.F.E or  the name Teflon.

Teflon is a very slippery material and causes very little resistance whenused as a seal. It is 

also extremely heat and chemical resistant.These seals offer increased sealing effectiveness 

over shielded (ZZ)bearings and almost the same effectiveness as nitrile rubber seals(2RS).

Many bearings in our range are available with Teflon seals. Just lookfor the bearing suffix code2TS. Our Teflon  seal bearings  can withstand temperatures considerably higher and longer

 than silicone or buna rubber, they can provide abrasion and impingement resistance, and can protect  from dust or any possible contamination,  they are pre-lubricated bearings.
