The roller has groove,used for crushing the raw rubber before plastication.

This machine mainly consist of power motor, driving part, security configuration, roller temperature adjusting configuration, lubrication system and accidents brake device.  

The front and rear rollers are the main parts of the crusher, which are driven by electrical motor and reducer device to rotate in a certain ratio.

The rollers are made of cold hard cast iron (can also be customized as per the customers’ request) with great hardness and excellent anti-wearing capability.

The 2 ends of the rollers are supported with the slipping bearings, lubricated periodically through the dry oil cup injection.

Additionally, the machine is configured with safety equipments. When the machine is overload, the safe pad will be broken to prevent the main part from harming.

When the emergency events happen, by pulling the rod in the switch device, the machine can stop working quickly.

And also stock guide is installed in rollers working parts.

It is inserted with cooling device to adjust the roller surface temperature.
