Mica tape
Mica Tapes are widely used to withstand/ resist fire cable. which
adopt high-quality Phlogopite mica papers, fiber-glass clothes or PE films as
their reinforcing materials, and also with organic silicon resin as its
adhesive, then are baked with high temperature,and pression.
Our mica tape have been through authentication by BS, IEC ,ROHS REACH
etc.which can withstand temperature up to 1000 °C for 3 hrs.

**From all above of five tpyes Mica Tape, there are have two winding
ways.
1.Common winding way. (A roll only can reach
2000m)
2. Spool way. (A roll can
reach 2000m-10000m)
Characteristic:
•Excellent heat insulation. Phlogopite-mica tape will not be broken down with
a temperature of 750°-950° and a volatge of 600- 1000V for 90 minutes.
•Hig eco-friendliness. Our products do not comtain any asbestos and won't
product any poisonous gas with high temperatrue.
•High resistance to acid and alkali, corona and radiation. Our products feel
dry and non-adhesive and enjoy good bendablity and softness and also high
tensile strength when winding and wrapping wires and cables in high speed.
