Food grade CMC is made from natural cotton fibers or wood pulp, through etherification, purification and drying process to made anionic cellulose ether. It is widely used in the food industry as one of the essential food additives, thickener and stabilizer in frozen-foods, canned foods, candy, biscuits, meat, snacks, noodles, instant foods, ice cream and all kinds of liquid beverage, milk, liquor and daily condiments, helping to improve the taste effect, and also reduce production cost.
