This plastic flat film extrusion machine is manufactured by adopting microcomputer control, frequency control and silicon control direct current governor combined with foreign advanced technology, which is equipped with foreign high-quality electronic components with such features as advanced structural design, sensible control, stable work, easy operation, reliability, high efficiency and low power consumption.
The unit is suitable to the production of high strength flat yarns used in FIBC or geo-textile. With the special processed scroll, bake oven and drafting system, the unit will meet all demands of yarns of 60-200tex of stable physical dimension and tensile strength.

The unit is widely used in the process of various kinds of flat yarns made of PP, HDPE or LLDPE.
