Product Introduction:

The foam fruit net machine is specialized for PE fruit nets through melting LDPE resin and then mixing it with butane gas, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage agents and other agents, then, the mixed material come out through the extruder and foam in the die part, then cool down and form, finally, it is cut by speed-adjustable cutter according to needed length. Feature:
1.Tandem screw and independent heating zone are adopted to ensure easy operation and maintenance, good heating and plasticizing.

2.This production line is specialized for PE fruit nets. If replaced the die, die lip and pulling system, it may produce PE tube, rod and profile (optional. Not included in the offer). The main raw material is LDPE.
