The automatic push-pull mold vulcanizing machine composed of frame plate, hot platen, up and down platform, piston, oil cylinder, front and rear sliding mold device, hydraulic station and PLC control system etc.

Hot plate is of dual sizing rolls and processing by 45# steel plates through normalization treatment.

The plate welding with Q235 steel, through machinery shot blasting, spraying zinc-rich lacquer, rapping into machining to eliminate stress.

Electric control system adopts PLC full automatic control, can be achieving automatic clamping, open mould, exhaust settings, and can also be converted to manual control.

3. The vulcanizing press through a 24-hour pressure test, pressure maintaining to detect the cylinder plunger bearing capacity to ensure that no oil spill, no oil leakage, avoid unnecessary equipment quality troubles for customers.
