This is sintered neodymium magnet, it's also name is sintered NdFeB magnet, because it's the mainly Chemical composition have Neodymium(Nd)- iron(Fe)- boron(B) and rare-earth was manufactured by using powder metallurgy technique which include stringent process controls and complicated heat treatment cycles.
1. The composition of this alloy is approximately NdFeB, Fe with the balance being Cu, etc.It was found at 1980's, and it is the third generation rare earth permanent magnet.
2. The arc shape magnet is one regular and popular shaped for the sintered magnet.
It mainly used in motor and motor applications. It can provide most powerful and strongest magnetic field for the motor applications.
3. Also, it can used in other different fields. Such as MRI,generator, Wind and so on.
