USE:
Keep in refrigerated (-18oC)
Thraw under refrigenation 2oC-7oC for 24-26 hours before use.
Shake well before opening. Pour into chilled bowl (should not
exceed 20% of bowl capacity).
Mix on medium speed or high speed until soft peaks form and gloss
disappears
Whipped products must be refrigerated and can be frozen.

LIFE:
- Refrigerated cream (-18oC): 18 months
- Unopened defrosted cream (2oC - 4oC): 2 weeks
- Whipped cream refrigerated: 5-7 days
