Main Application

The machine is applied for industries such as pharmaceutics, chemical and foodstuff, served as the pretreatment coordinated machine for fine grinding process and representing a new generation combining dust  absorption and grinding.

Working Method

Accepting vertical grinding mechanism, any raw material, being fed into the grind chamber through the feeding hopper,stroked by the revolving knife,cut and grinded simultaneously by the revolving and fixed knives,automatically runs to the collection bag by the centrifugal force of revolving object. The dust from grinding is filtered and recycled via the cloth bag or filter of the dust absorption box. The whole machine, designed according to"GMP"standard,is made of stainless steel,thus to avoid dust flying, improve the utilization of raw material and decrease the production cost. Currently, the machine has been on the world advanced level.
