Rotary drier is suitable for drying large granules, large specific gravity materials, powder, granular materials.
Working principle:
After be fed into the drier from one end, wet materials will be handled evenly by flights in the inner cylinder. Materials are all evenly distributed in the drier and contact with the parallel-flow (counter flow) hot air fully to speed up the drying heat transfer and the mass transfer driving force. During the drying, materials is effected by the slanting flights and the hot-air and final-products will be discharged by the star discharge valve at the other end of drier.

2. It can be used to dry the powder, granular materials which has the special requirements. Such as: HP foaming agents, less slag, light calcium carbonate, floridin, magnetic powder, graphite, herb residue.
3. It requires low-temperature dry and continous drying materials in quantities.
