Process of production

1.  Before produce extruding filament, we will dry ABS and PLA for an enough time (3-5 hours).

2. Mix with colors master batch or colors powder, all of them are certified by ROHS.

3. Adjust temperature and dragging rate, make filament diameter range at 1.6-1.8mm/2.8-3.0mm, roundness +/-0.05mm, each spool net weight 1kg+/-0.02kg

4. We put all filament spools in shelf, different kind in different shelf, all categories arranged orderly.

Quality control

1. To control extruding rate on line by the diameter laser detect kits, when diameter smaller or higher than accept range, the laser detect kits will adjust the extruding rate higher or smaller to make diameter range at acceptable.

2. To keep record for every customer about the filament samples we send to them, this will help us to produce the exact products which our customers need.

3.  We will dry the filament in time if they are on the shelf more than half of a year .

About waste & recycle

For the filament which quality is not very good, sometimes you will find the black filament is too brittle, that is because other factory adds the recycle materials or scrap to produce them.

From the filament of our company, you will never find this kind defective product. We promise our factory will never use any recycle materials or scrap in production process. From the beginning to anytime, our aim is to maintain the quality, regardless of the cost.

Package

Every spool of filament will be put in the vacuum bag firstly, and then put them in a small carton. 12 small cartons will be put in a big carton
