Soil: Colluvial soil of sedimentary with great maritime influence creating foggy conditions, which act moderating high temperatures and thus allowing slower-paced ripening. Spring skies are transparent with strong solar radiation.
Harvest: Hand picked. April 10-20, 2004.
Aging: 10.5 months in French oak barrels.
