Nanometer carbon ground wire FL-NMT is an efficient anticorrosion grounding material, which was developed by our company according to need of lightning protection industry. This product is developed to solve the problem of corrosion, conductivity. It is a new material based on the nickel powder and graphite conductive anti-corrosion paint. Nanometer carbon has stronger conductivity and anti-corrosion ability than graphite nickel powder, and it is a kind of high efficient and economical grounding products for lightning protection. The main characteristics are as follows:
1, Nanometer carbon has very strong conductivity, and its resistivity is close to general metal. As the media between metal grounding body and the soil , nanometer carbon will not affect the diffusion of current impulse.
2, Nanometer carbon can withstand very high temperature. It will not shed when meeting with strong impact of the current .
3, Nanometer carbon anti-corrosion grounding body has good anti-corrosion property: for acid environment, nanometer carbon grounding body has alicyclic amine as solidification , greatly improving the acid resistance of the coating; for alkaline soil , nanometer carbon corrosion grounding body is superior.
4, Good surface combining performance: nanometer carbon grounding body has epoxy coating as basic element. Because its molecular structure consists of epoxy, ether base, and has high adherent properties, so nanometer carbon will not separate from grounding body.
II. The main technological parameters
resistivity under room temperature: ≤0.5Ω . M adhesion: grade 1 Alkali resistance; soaked in 10% NaCl solution and 10% NaOH solution for every 720 hours , no swelling, no bubbles, no rusty, no shed. Thickness : ≥0.07mm High current impulse (30 KA / 2 S) : coating has no burns, shed, layer, crack, scratches, lines, and orange skin.
III. application scope:
It can be widely used in petroleum chemical plants, oil storages, power stations, transformer substations, overhead lines structures, communication stations, airports, railway, all kinds of high buildings, microwave repeater stations, network computer rooms, and so on. It is used for anti-corrosion grounding, anti-static grounding, the grounding protection and working grounding.
IV. the construction techniques
1, The depth of the vertical grounding body should not be less than 0.8 m.
2, The distance between the site of the grounding body and the building should not be less than 1.5 m. it should avoid rubbish and ash.
3, When it is connected by welding , it should be welded firmly and the welded place should be painted with special material to avoid corrosion.
4, Place the grounding body into the holes as designed. Don’t strike it into the ground. After that, backfill it. Don’t mix stones or rubbish with soil. After the backfill the soil should be tamped.
5, fill in the soil and stamp it. Make the grounding body contact soil closely, and the above 20 cm depth is set aside for horizontal grounding connection, and do the inspection.
6, Install the horizontal grounding wire among the grounding body. Before installing, please place the wire into the groove, and connect the grounding terminals with the wire as planned. The flat grounding wire should be placed sidelong. when connect it by welding, please clear away welding slag and spread the paint to protect it from corrosion as required. Leave enough length of wire for connection.
7, The exposed grounding wire should be black painted. Paint everywhere except for the grounding terminals.
8, After connection, please ask the inspection branches for hidden inspection (material, position, the quality of welding, and section specifications, etc) all should comply with the design and construction acceptance requirements. When the test is qualified, it can be backfilled, and tamped. Please record the grounding resistance on the list.
