Ground enhancement material

According to the common difficulty in the working and protection grounding projects of the present device , my company has just developed long-term ground enhancement materialHTJ-03, which overcomes this difficulty. This product is a new type of resistance reducing material developed on the basis of the summary and analysis of other resistance reducing materials in our country.

I. Working principles and functions
      The ground enhancement material is a good conductor and it is used between the grounding rods and soil. On the one hand, it contacts the grounding rods closely to conduct electricity; on the other hand, it can penetrate the surrounding soil to reduce the resistance of the soil, and forms a smooth region with low resistance around the grounding rods .
   The ground enhancement material itself has a strong absorbing and conserving property, which can keep the soil moisture around the rods steady. After solidifying the ground enhancement material shows a feature of weak alkaline and compact structure. Therefore it can prevent the rods from corrosion.
   In addition, it also has a good role in dispersing voltage, thereby it can reduce the step voltage, to protect personal safety.

II. The advantages of the product

The product has obvious effect in reducing resistance. It can reduce the construction work, save grounding bodies, and especially can be used for the horizontal grounding electrode instead of  vertical grounding electrode which is difficult to operate (mountains and rock area, etc.). Its construction is convenient, which can solve the problem of limited construction area. It can save metal materials and also have characteristics of long-term, stability, anti-corrosion, and not being affected by the weather.  Compared with the similar products, it not only has no corrosion itself, but also has very strong corrosion protection ability. it can protect ordinary carbon steel from corrosion whether in general environment or in strong corrosive environment. The ratio of the maximum and the average resistance rate in a year is less than 1.4 (the original  ratio is less than 1.5 in 4 months), which is 50% less than the average rate. Therefore, it can fully guarantee the effect of resistance reducing for a long time , thus extend the service life of the grounding net.
III. Main application areas:
1. The working, security and lightning protection grounding of power plants, substations, switching stations, high-voltage transmission lines, electric railways, telecommunications, mobile communications base stations, microwave relay stations, satellite ground receiving stations, radar and so on.

2. The working and protection grounding of expensive precise instruments, computer room equipments,  program-controlled equipments of post offices, radio and television equipments, electronic medical equipments, etc.

3. The lightning protection grounding of high buildings and constructions, landmarks of ancient buildings, and monuments.

4. The lightning protection grounding of oil pipelines, oil and gas cans, warehouses of flammable and explosive materials .
