    n HOW TO BUY FROM US - FOR IMPORTERS

    1. Register to be a member

    Please provide complete company information. Our team will then verify your detail and send your email through all the selling process.

    2. Send Inquiries

    You can either send an inquiry on the Inquiry Now button, or send a inquiry email to sales@seasize.cn. Please indicate the interested model. If the model is not listed, please leave us a message. We will respond to you in the first time.

    3. We will then quote you on your selected models.

    In many cases, you will receive a PI, or quotation, please check very carefully the quotation for the first-time buyers, as international business involves very complicated terms and conditions.

    4.Deposit for the total order value 

    Pay us 30% deposit for the total order value: We will start production upon the receipt of your deposit! We accept only the TT for importers, not Paypal or any non-bank transfer is allowed in this process.

    5. Shiping

    Pay us 70% before you ship the goods: if you need inspection, we will inform you the closing date of the production, so you can fix a inspection date with the inspection company, or inspect by yourself.

    6. Finally, we ship the goods as per your instructions.

    Small orders are acceptable, please confirm with us in any time for the availability of some of the models. Small orders will be handled by our B2C team and we accept Paypal, or credit card for the payment. Please email us for any questions.

    4. Payment and Shipping

    Payment for small orders: payment should be made in one time, and subject to our after-service policies. Please read our FAQs for more information.

    Shipping: Small orders will be shipped via DHL, UPS or other international express companies, or air cargo, or EMS, as per your request. Insurance is also available upon request.

    FOR SMALL ORDERS

    1. Is my order subject to sales tax?

    Sales tax will not be charged in any instance.

    2.How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

    Usually we will quote your product costs and shipping cost(estimated) in our PI, no handling costs. All you have to pay is completely listed on the PI.

    3. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, We WILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT before we start your order! Note: Additional credit card verification may be needed before we process your order, and additional surcharges may apply for some of the payment method.

    4. After I have placed my order, can I check the status on it?

    So far we do not provide tracking of your order production, but you will be able to track the shipping after the goods is shipped.

    5. What is your return policy?

    Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, Seasize will accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund (limited cases) within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    For fair and honest trading, customers should be very careful in returns, because we found many returns are the result of false quality issues. Therefore, customers are responsible for their shipment postage to China. Please contact us for any returns before the shipment!

    6. How do I get my tracking number?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order, please contact us by email for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.

    7. How do I receive technical support on my purchase?

    Seasize does not provide end-user technical support on any of the items that we sell. We only communicate with our direct buyer for all technical issues. Buyers should do their homework as to how to answer some basic technical inquiries arising from their sales.
