To get the best quality of products, the lowest consumption, best benefits, the shortest process and least investment, according to technical parameters provided by the Buyer, and based on the Seller's experiences in manufacture and production of the technical equipments for the Steel Strapping Band in many similar projects, the seller provides the buyer with the electromechanical equipments of the full line, and instructs the buyer to reasonably select the steel grade and use the hot and cold rolling technologies to shorten the steel strapping making process flow and minimize the production cost. 

The core technology in the production line of Steel Strapping Band is the process of heat treatment. How advanced of the technology in this process directly affects the cost and quality of the product and even makes or mars the entire production line. The steel strapping production line provided by the seller introduces the induction heating & annealing devices into the process of heat treatment. By selecting steel in different grade and different heat treatment processes, this same product line can produce the Steel Strapping Band with the high-, middle- and low-strength.

All equipments in the whole line adopt frequency control, temperature closed loop control, and PLC control and man-machine interface connection, so that the variety and specification of the product can be adjusted in time according to the market demand.
