Description of Cooling Batch Off Line :
It is made up of two parts: mainframe and electrical control system. The mainframe is mainly composed of splicer, printing, slitting device, isolation coolant, lifting device, hanging strip cooling, auto wig wag section, and supporting bracket etc. The electrical control system comprises main control boxes, and emergency stop devices are installed in key areas.

Features of Cooling Batch Off Line :
1. Clients can choose the configurations as per their specific requirements.
2. The high disposition batch-off line has hydraulic auto wig wag section, which can battle the rubber strip tidily (the strip tidy ratio ≤100mm).
3. There are three working positions for auto entering and outputting of material tray; auto rubber collecting device; auto cutter device; it has high automatization and can realize unmanned operation.
4. Overhead and floor-standing structures are available for this machine.
