We have two sets of 0.5 ton electric furnace, products range could be unit weight (0.1kg-1,000kg), unit measure (0.3cm-100cm). Raw materials are mainly Ductile iron (Q10-Q14), Gray iron (H18-H22), Stainless steel, Alloy steel, copper alloy etc. With advanced equipments like CNC, NC machine tool( #6140: 4 sets; #6150: 4 sets), Milling machine (2 sets), Drill machine (#50: 2 sets), Heat treatment machine (using for both annealing and normalizing). Casting system: sand casting, resin sand casting, precoated sand casting etc. Foundry capacity could be 3,000 MT per year.
