Characteristics of Slip Agent
1. The main component of gasoloid silica dioxide slip agent is SiO2.
2. Slip agent is a kind of nontoxic, tasteless fluffy powder which has the features of narrow particle size distribution, high whiteness, big specific surface area, and high grade of transparency.
3. It can be used as the anti-sticking agent in the film forming process of polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, ethylene-propylene copolymer, and polyester.
4. Compared to oleic acid amines, our gasoloid silicon dioxide slip agent has higher efficiency, better weather resistance and is more environmentally friendly.
Operating Principle of Slip Agent
Gasoloid silicon dioxide slip agent, which is added into polyethylene before polyethylene film forms, makes for a concave and protruding layer to emerge on the film surface. The concave and protruding layer can stop the effusion and enlacement of low molecular substance, thus achieving anti-sticking effect.
When the polyethylene is blown into film, films are in a vaccum and close state and are not easy to separate from each other. This will affect the automatic packaging effect. However, our gasoloid silicon dioxide slip agent can help solve the problem.
