7. Definition A side: no defects, PIN knots below 5mm, 10% sap, good bright  even colour, no discoloration

Definition B side: sound tight knots not exceeding 25 mm, 40% sap, good bright colour, a little discoloration allowed

8. Moisture content: 8-12%

9. Sanding face: 240 grit, sanding underside 180 grit

10. Glue: Finish: Dynea & Japanese Koyo (according to DIN E 204), without open glue lines

11. Laminations: Quality of joints between lamellae will totally exclude breakout, gaps, holes and excess glue on top face, ends well trimmed, finger joints hiding at the side, 90 degrees square edges all around
