Introduction:
1. 4 dual-action cylinders with movable beam, which rise and fall quickly to generate opening force, reducing electricity consumption
and preventing hydraulic pressure oil used from getting hot;
2. Pneumatic rotating mechanism is adopted to achieve multi-step deflation;
3. Automatic mold forward/backward, or squared axis cantilever hanging heating platen applicable for rapid left and right feeding and
discharging by adding clamping robot;
4. PLC control method.
5. Unit area pressure no less than 45kg/cm² To ensure the density of the tire-surface
6. Multiple options of layer number and tables;
7. Hydraulic pressure components and electrical equipment imported or of local famous brand, to ensure reliable performance.
