Description:

• The fiber opening machine is mainly used for opening conjugated hollow silicon polyester fiber that short than 100mm length.
• Automatic raw material feeding conveyer sends the material into the rollers automatically that assures the operators safety
• The developed rollers that assembled with metallic self-lock V model wire that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% to 100% and not be damaged.
• High opening capacity that can be 150kg to 450kg per hour according to different machine model and the material
• It can be handled by only one operator with simple operation
• Good dynamic balance processing that assured the machine running without shaking and noise
• The main structure is made by computerized laser cutting machine which is very stable quality to the machine.
