XD-1200NT is split tube furnace which can accept processing tube from 1" to 4" diameter and heat up to 1200oC. The temperature of XD-1200NT tubing furnace is controlled by with accuracy +/-1 oC and 51 segments programmable digital controller. It is ideal furnace to build up your own heating device, such as thermal oxidizing, diffusion, CVD and high vacuum reactor.
