EPO increases Red blood cells in the blood which primary function is delivering oxygen from lungs to organs. Increasing red blood cells will raise your energy levels,improve recovery and insurance so you will be able to train , run, lift faster , harder and longer . EPO is associated with improved bodyweight, exercise capacity, oxygen uptake, respiration, whole body metabolism and energy efficiency. Cognitive functions as learning and focusing are  also improved with EPO.

Dosage:

It recommends 1000iu EPO per day for at least 14 days . After 3 weeks you will feel results that will last from 3-6 months . While using EPO you should control you blood pressure and you should drink at least 3-5 liter water per day.
