Function:
The controller tests the voltage
of two lines of power supply. When the voltage is higher than 110%
of rated value, it is regarded as over-voltage; when the voltage is
lower than 85% of rated value,it is regarded as under-voltage. The
microcomputer controlled circuit will conduct logic judgement of
testing result, and the dealing result will send ON & OFF
directive to the electrical operation mechanism by delay
(adjustable) circuit drive. And the above-mentioned testing result
will be displayed on LCD screen of automatic controller.Automatic
controller can be set one of the following three functions
according to different use situations and control requirements:
1. Automatic changing-over and resetting(R)
It is applied in the situation between the two electrical networks.
The automatic controller will conduct automatic transfer to the two
circuit power supplies (that is, normal power supply and reserve
power supply). Under normal condition, normal power supply will
work. When it appears
fault or abnormal situation (e.g. any phase voltage appears
over-voltage, under-voltage, out-of-voltage, or out-of-phase), the
controller will alarm.
2. Automatic changing-over and no
resetting (S)
It is applied in the situation between the two electrical networks.
The automatic controller will conduct automatic transfer to the two
circuit power supplies (that is, normal power supply and reserve
power supply). When the normal power supply appears abnormal
situation (e.g. any phase voltage appears over-voltage,
under-voltage or out-of-phase), the continueroller will make the
device work to transfer the circuit to reserve power supply after
setting delay. However, when the normal power supply recovers, the
device will not reset automatically.
3. Between the electrical network and the generator (F)
It is applied in the situation between the electrical network and
the generator system. When the voltage of electrical network is
lower than 85% of rated voltage, the device will send out
generating directive after setting delay (output through a group of
NO & NC contacts). When the generating voltage reaches 85% of
rated voltage, the device will break off the load circuit of
electrical network, and then connect to generating powersupply.
When the electrical network recovers (the voltage reaches 85% of
rated voltage or more), after logic judgement of the controller,
the device automatically will break off the load circuit from the
generating power supply
and then transfer to electrical network.
