QGB series test-bed of high pressure fuel pump of vehicle

   This series test-bed is used for testing high pressure fuel injection pump of 6-cylinder, 4-cylinder and 3-cylinder etc. diesel engine. This series test-bed apply advanced AC adjustable speed module, electronic digital tachometer. After set of rotation speed, each cylinder oil volume , total cylinder gaps angle, performance of tachometer, oil return of high pressure fuel pump, working pressure, oil injection volume and spray injection angle can be set for different conditions . This series test-bed has characteristics of small volume and easy fixture of oil pump. When experiment is finished, liquid inside cylinder can flow back to fuel tank by pressing discharge switch. At the same time, discharge switch can be used to control the measure of initial fuel injection volume

This test-bed’s structure is compact, easy to use. It is mainly used for testing, maintenance and repair of diesel fuel engine in special service station and farm machinery repair station, it better adapt to professional college teaching !
