Operating Principle and Description:
       The rotary encoder is a speed & displacement sensor integrating optical, mechanical and electrical technology. When the encoder shaft drives the grating disk rotate, the light given off by the light-emitting elements is cut into interrupted light by the grating disk and slits. And the light is received by the receiving elements and then initial signals are generated, which export pulse (or code) signals after relay treatment.

Features and Applications
• With small volume, good interchangeability，and strong anti-interference, safe and convenient.
• High rotating speed: 6,000rpm at most, high frequency response of 0~100KHZ. It can reach 300KHZ according to user requirements. Such requests in ordering should be specified.
• Wide resolution range: 10~100,000 P/R, wide application temperature range: standard application temperature: -10℃~70℃; high application temperature: -25℃~100℃; ultra high application temperature: -35℃~120℃ (Special required orders should be specified).
• Strong axle load capability, impact resistance, good seismic resistance, high reliability, and long service life.
• Equipped with partial load short-circuit protection circuit, it can be assorted with a drive to extend the signal transmission distance.
• Used in automatic control, automatic measurement and other automated fields, such as CNC machine tools, servo motors, high-speed elevators, robots, steel rolling machinery, textile machinery, printing machinery, light industry machinery, automotive industry, financial electron, refueling tankers and flow machine.
