Q: How can I get the price for the items I like?

A: Pls send email to kfso@eopaia.com including the item No. your qty and other requirements.or send your inquiry online.  We will send you quotation within 1 workday.

2. Sample

Q: I want to see the sample before confirming the order, is it ok ?

A: It's ok. we can make the sample for you freely and the courier cost should be paid by the customers.

3.Brand

Q: Can you produce the goods with our brand ?

A: It is ok. Pls send us your logo and we will put them on the picture or sample for you approvel.

Q: I do not have our own brand, can I sale the shoes with your brand ?

A: Yes, It is ok. We are just on the way looking for the Sales Agent from different countries to sale the shoes with our brand EOPAIA together.

4. Quantity

Q: I am the retailer. I like your style but at the beginingI only want to buy some cartons not too many  to try our market , how to cooperate with you ?

5. Quality

Q: I want to buy some goods from you. First, I want to know how you control the quality.

A: We are the professional shoe exporter, already exported many many containers to big importor, chinastore ,supermarket etc. . For each order from our customers, our QC team will follow them for each procedures to make sure the quality. If you need We can provide you the Inspection report before shipping the goods.

7.Transportation

Q: If I order some cartons from you,shipped by sea is too slowly,sent by express too expensive. Do you have cooperated courier quickly and cheap ?

8.Packing

Q: I want to see the packing details of your shoes.

A: If you have your own packing requirements , we can do accordingly. For EOPAIA, it is
