[About Papain]
Papain is a natural
enzyme, a kind of endopeptidese containing hydrosulfide group(-SH), extracted
from the milky juice of the unripe papaya by biotechnology. It has strong
ability of hydrolyzing protein and can be used for improving the nutritional
