Royal Junshan Yinzhen- This Silver needle tea is rare and distinctive. This tea originates from Mt. Junshan in Yeuyang County in Hunan province. These buds are nipped by hand to take only the finest part of the young buds. The high number of buds needed for this tea contributes to its rarity. Junshan has a unique flavor that is slightly nutty with hints of sweetness. Brewing is tricky with this tea but we suggest shorter steeps with more leaves to experience this special tea’s attributes. In China this tea is referred to as “Yellow Tea”.
