Organic Mist - This top grade variety is a smooth and light tea. It comes from Zhejiang which is the home of Longjing tea. These leaves yield a neon green cup and are minimally processed. The lightness and low acidity make this tea a great choice for someone learning to drink Chinese teas. Because the leaves are small they infuse quickly so one to two minutes is all this tea needs to create a fine cup. Re-use two times with good flavor and antioxidants.
