RBSiC (SiSiC) rollers are used for the high temperature sintering zone of roller hearth kilns. The application includes kiln furniture for table wear porcelain, sanitary wear, construction ceramics, glasses and magnetic materials productions, etc.
They have higher bearing strength, high temperature tolerance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and there are no deformation even under very high temperature. The rollers display more than 10 times operational life compared to Alumina Rollers.
