After Sales Services

We take down each order and record our products sales areas,the models and specifications in order to excute our after sales service.There is a team formed by about an 8employees,they are responsible for collecting the after sales feedbacks from customers.And also taking their advice like how to improve the quality and appearance etc.

Till up now,we have rarely got the products complaints from our clients,we are proud of that due to our high quality and strict test that observes the quality control.But this doesn’t mean all products are 100% OK and never have problem.

Warranty

We grant the warranty 2years,during that periods,if there are any problem caused by our products deficiency etc,we will carry our gurantee clauses.But if the problem arised by customers themselves,like misuse the right voltage lamps to higher voltage or any prohibited use ocassions.
