Cutter/cutting machines are used for cutting all kinds of flexibility material in industry production. They are also known as cutting punch press, block press, and trimming press.
Regular Maintenance of Machine
1. Let the cutting machines run with no load for 1-2 minutes every day before cutting.
2. When the machine rests for more than 1 day, please loose the handle in case related parts are damaged. The cutting die should be placed in the middle of two side bars.
3. Clean the machine after work every day, and keep the electrical parts clean and the screw fixed at any time.
4. Check the lubricating system inside of machine in normal operation, clean the tank once a month or clean it
5. Pay attention and check the oil position in the tank. The oil should be at least 30mm above the filter oil outline and can't be filled up. Please take proper measure if there is serious wear and tear.
6. The hydraulic oil must be changed after 2400 hours of use. It is better to change the oil after 2000 hours of use for new machines. The filter oil outline must be cleaned at 500 hours interval for new machines.
7. The oil tube, joint need to be fixed to avoid oil leakage. The oil tube can't have friction at running to avoid damage.
8. Filling block must be placed when you need to disassemble the oil tube. When you need to disassemble the hydraulic system parts, make sure that the motor is completely stopped.
9. Stop the motor when the cutting machines is not in use except the warming up process.
Quarterly Maintenance
1. Lubrication system
* dispatch the side boards of electric box to take out oil pump, clean the oil filter below oil pump.
2. Upper & Lower stop device
* apart the sides boards of upper and lower stop, add lubricant to the adjustable pipe hydraulic cutting machine and adjust the screw underneath it to avoid moving.
3. Electrical system
1) wiring inspections
* inspect electrical boxes; check if all the switch wirings has damage. Replace if this problem occurs.
* check if the wirings has aging phenomenon.
2) check the terminal condition
* check the crimping terminal, fasten it if there is a loose. Check the contact's ablation rate of ac contactor and intermediate relay. If the ablation is very serious, please replace it.
