Steel Grating
Steel grating is a newly developed construction material, which are widely used in the power station, chemical industry, mining and council construction projects. This product has good bearing capacity and pene-tration function. Also it can be used as the steel structure platform a- nd walkway, and after hot dip galvanizing, it has better appearance and anticorrosion ability than other types of construction product, also it is easier to install and maintain.

Compound Gratings:
Our compound gratings are made from steel grating and checkered plate. They are normally made up the gratings with bearing bar of the pitch 30 and 40mm as base part and the checked plate of the t-hickness 3mm,4mm,5mm and 6mm as cover. The most popular gratings as base parts are the types of G323/40/100,G253/30/100 and G323 /60/100.

Stair Treads:
Our stair treads can be made from any type of steel grating and to any dimensions which suit the relevant stairway. They are economical, light-weight, easier to install and maintain, self-cleaning and structurally st-rong etc. They insure maximum visibility and underfoot safety where needed most. Serrated stair treads are recommended to eliminate hazardous footing conditions. Our stair treads are available with a selection of nosings, a-nd any length stair tread can be manufactured upon customer's request.

tree Grates:
Our tree grates are made from steel grating and hot dip galvanizing orpainting are available. They are set on a concrete base surrounded foran outside edge and would have benefited from a steel form embed-ded in a concrete bed with expansion joints where it meets existing p-avement. They can help to provide space for the tree while allowing p-edestrian traffic over the tree planting area and helping to suppress weeds and trash accumulation in the tree planting area. We offer a la-rge array of sizes, shapes, and styles to choose from.

Clips:
The installing of the steel grating has two metho-ds: welded fixing and clip fixing. Welded fixing app-lies to the parts that do not need to teardown, such as the platform around the equipment. And adopting the clip fixing has the advantage of easy to fix and tear-down, also it will not destroy the zinc coating.
The clip apply to all kinds of steel gratings, it is made of the M8 bolt, top clip and bottom clip.
The method of welded fixing: At the first flat bar of every corner, the corner welding line must be over 20mm long and 3mm high. The method of clip fixing: there are at least 4 clips on every piece of steel grating, about the big span steel grating it is better to use more clips.
According to the client's requests, we can supply galvanized mild steel clip and stainless steel clip.
