XY-LABS total exhaust polypropylene fume hoods are standard bypass design. The standard bypass XY-LABS exhausts a constant volume of air, regardless of sash position.

XY-LABS polypropylene laboratory hoods allow for a wide range of applications. Each polypropylene hood is designed to accommodate up to 7 inches of filtration. By stacking a HEPA filter, followed by a bonded carbon filter, the operator can effectively remove both toxic particulate and chemical fumes. For high evaporation or multiple chemical applications, a full 7 inch stack of chemical filtration may be recommended.

XY-LABS economical single walled polypropylene fume hood is ideal for industrial applications where a ductless hood, workstation or enclosure is not appropriate and a full hood exhaust system is needed. These units are provided with a folding sash and vapor-proof fluorescent light. The single walled design provides maximum work area for a fume hood of this size.

XY-LABS baffling within the total exhaust fume hood allows for a predictable and effective airflow pattern to capture toxic chemical fumes and vapors. The thermally fused seamless design provides a built-in work base that will effectively contain liquids and provide excellent chemical resistance.
