The use of lower cost local facilities to fabricate slabs will allow maximization of the full sheet of material with any off-fall or cut pieces utilized for back-splash set-on curbing, large bull nose add-ons, window sills, pegboards, shelving, fume hood bases, student desks, etc.

XY-LABS Epoxy Resin Countertops are filled epoxy resin, molded into homogenous, non-porous sheets with no surface coating. All sheets are color and pattern consistent throughout the thickness and will have integral or adhesively seemed components up to maximum practical length.

XY-LABS epoxy sinks should be installed in accordance with laboratory casework manufacturer's recommended practices utilizing adjustable support systems for table and cabinet type installations. Apply a bead of Epoxy chemical resistant sealing compound or adhesive to the entire rim or lip of the XY-LASB Epoxy Sink and firmly secure the sink to the underside of the countertop. Adjust sink into position and secure the underside support rod to prevent movement. Ratchet up the adjustable nut / bolt system to create a tight fit of sink to Countertop underside. This should produce a tight and fully leak proof joint seal.
