Main functions
Description: arrange manpower to place the products to the conveying table manually, after transmitting to the preset position automatically, the machine will place the parts to the preset position through automatic sensing, automatic printing, after the printing is complete, convey the products to the baking machine automatically.

2. Adopt synchronized anti sliding belt for lifting transportation, smooth conveying, low noise and long life; first produced novel design in China, make fast and convenient belt installation and adjustment, easy for maintenance.
3. Automatic positioning, adopt two methods: plate line type, multi points positioning type, ensures the accurate alignment of various shapes of glass.
4. Balance pressure, light and convenient adjustment printing scraping system for automatic supplement, ensure the even and fine printing.
5. Adopt imported straight guider and synchronized gear tape, smooth in operation, stepless speed adjustment.
6. Adopt PLC written control system for electric device.
7. Set automatic alarming device and peripheral safety protection switch, be able to select pneumatic mechanical safety protection to ensure the safe production.

1) Adopt Japan Mitsubishi PLC control, Taiwan CERMATE touch screen control panel
2) Adopt Japan Omron relay, CHNT AC contactor, Taiwan Yangming Photo electricity eye switch.
3) Adopt Taiwan Shangyin lineal sliding rail and Taiwan Chengbang gear reducing speed motor, Denmark Hailipu frequency converter printing driver.
4) Printing scraper, covering ink blade adopt Japan SMC brand pneumatic component control.
5) Adopt Taiwan ABBA precision guiding bar for lifting, and Denmark Hailipu frequency conversion braking system.
Remarks: Printing table surface can be customized according to the product size.
