Introduction:

During the silk screen printing, the direct contact of scraper blade to the silk screen surface could produce abrasion, produce uneven blade dent, these defect could reduce the definition and affect the printing quality if do not make the correction in time. Especially, in the precision printing, the straightness of scraper blade, which will affect the thickness and evenness of printing item; some scraper shall be sharpen; when printing, increase the transferring pressure of oil, blade angle will distribute the oil evenly. This device is the special equipment for calibrating and grinding the blade, adopts solid scraping plate to push the grinding wheel to move in straight line and ensure the straightness of ground scraping board. This device is applicable to the rubber scraping board with the total height of 50 mm and maximum length of 900 mm.
