Last month our Czech customer was looking for insulation solution of pigtail buzzer for acoustic indicator purposes. 

The following picture shows his 12V DC active buzzer continuous beep, total length( cable+buzzer) is 40cm. 2 Wire cable, red and black color. The core is standard copper, cross sectional area 1 mm², equal as AWG17. 

After evaluation, we sent some Thin wall heat shrink sleeve samples to our client for testing. The final result is good and he took some photos of finished pigtail buzzer.
