Description of Large Rubber Mixing Mill with Hardened Gear Reducer:
This rubber mixing mill is mainly composed of machine body, drive system, nip adjusting device, safety and emergency stop device, roll temperature adjusting device, lubrication system, rubber stopper& accepter device, rubber cutting device, rubber turning device and electrical control system etc. In addition, we can provide different configurations to meet clients’ specific requirements.

Features of Large Rubber Mixing Mill with Hardened Gear Reducer:
1.The roll is made of cold hard cast iron LTG-H, whose surface rigidity is HS 68～75. It adopts double auto-centering rolling bearings, being lubricated by lubrication grease.
2. The reducer with hard tooth surface is connected with the motor by an elastic shaft coupling.
3. All the drive gears of reducer are concentrated inside the box, with good spray type lubrication and long service life.
4. The hard tooth surface reducer, roller and bearings all are well-known brands in China.
5. The main electric parts, including PLC, introduce internationally noted brand products.
