Dryer's Function:
It could dry the materials from 50% moisture to 12% quickly. It's peculiarly suitable for drying heat sensitive material like Sawdust, Rice Husk, Milled Wheat Straw, Crushed Cotton/Corn Stalks etc., also used for dry the Grain better.
Dryer Working Principle:
In the Dryer, high speed hot Air Stream sustains Raw Material suspending, since Air Stream's speed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between Air and Raw Material is large, so the heat transfer rate is high.
