Function:

Before, our Pelletizer mainly make the Feedstuff Pellets from many grains powder or Agricultural Straw for animals. 

With the Biomass Fuel becomes much more popular instead of Coal, we improve the main parts in Pellet Machine, now, the Pellet Machine is also suitable for making Sawdust Pellets as Fuel for CHP(Combined Heat and Power Station) except Feedstuff for Animals.

Raw Materials:

Our Pellet Machine could process Sawdust from Forestry Wastes, Residual of Timber Processing, Wood Shavings, Tree Bark, Branch, Tree Root, and Paddy Straw, Sunflower Stalk, Husk, etc..

Parameters:

Raw Material is under dried condition, which is compressed to form Pellet which has below parameters:

Diameter: 6 mm/8mm;
Length: 6mm---30mm;
Moisture: 8%---10%;

Calorific value: above 4300kcal/kg;
Ashing: Below 1%;
Density: min. 1.12 kg/dm3;
Raw material: 100% pine wood
