Application

Grain Seed Cleaner/Classificator  is the basic and popular Cleaning Machine in Grain and Seed Processing Line, which is suitable for cleaning all kinds of Grains, Seeds, Cereals, Crops and Flour such as Wheat, Corn/Maize, Bean(Soybean, Mung Beans, Coffee Bean Peeling, Cocoa Bean, Lentils, Cacao), Peanut/Groundnut, Paddy, Rice, Sesame, Sorghum, Sunflower, Cumin, Pepper, Oil Seeds, Flour etc. from Dust and Light Impurities. It is widely used in Grain Processing Center, Seed Processing Bases, Farm, Feed Factory, Grain Purchasing Networks, Seed Company, Seed Breeding etc. 

Working Principle

Dust and Light Impurities are removed by Aspiration Fan, all the oversize and undersize impurities were discharged from outlets. The Wheat Seeds, Pepper Seeds, Rice Seeds etc. which are cleaned will fall on Sieve Layers and directly separated by Sieves according to width and thickness. The customized Sieve Layers make the Grain and Seed much cleaner and grader.
