Physical property: yellow powder, volume density is 0.45_0.60g/cm3, melting point is 546℃. It begin to decompose at 145℃ and completely decompose at 660℃ producing potassium oxide (K2O) and oxygen. It can react with water or carbon dioxide containing water vapor to release oxygen. It will burn if meet with combustible organic matter.
