How to Use our Bentonite Clay
Bentonite clay is usually added into solvent or coating in the form of pre-gel.
The pre-gel is made from 92% solvent naphtha, 5% bentonite clay and 3% ethanol. During the production process, you should first stir the bentonite clay and 200# solvent naphtha for 10 minutes at medium stirring rate, and then add ethanol into the mixture and stir them at high speed.
If the viscosity is too low, you can also add more bentonite clay into the solvent naphtha.
Application of Bentonite Clay
Our bentonite clay can be applied in the production of epoxy coal pitch enamel, industrial mastic coatings, furniture paint primer, printing ink, cosmetics, and grease, etc.
