Characteristics of Modified Rosin Resin
Modified rosin resin is a kind of light yellow transparent solid formed by esterfying rosin with glycerol or pentaerythritol.
The tackifying resin has strong adhesive power. Besides, it has other advantages such as good heat resistance, good intermiscibility with polymer, low odor, good inoxidability, and good heat stability and so on.
Our modified rosin resin is soluble in hexamethylene, petroleum ether, toluene, ethyl acetate, acetone and other solvents.
It is compatible with many high polymers, including NR, CR, SBR, SIS, and EVA, etc.

Applications of Modified Rosin Resin
Our modified rosin resin can be used to make EVA hot melt glue sticks, bookbinding glue, pressure-sensitive adhesive based on SIS or SBS.
It can also be applied to make binding agent, emulsion adhesive, paint and other substances that are compatible with NR and CR.
