FEP resin is a crystalline polymer, the crystallinity is lower than PTFE, when F46 melt slowly cooled to below the melting point temperature of the crystal, the molecules re-crystallization degree of crystallinity between 50% -60%; when the melt is rapidly cooled by quenching method, the crystallinity is small, between 40% -50%. F46 The crystal structure and morphology, both spherulite structure, and with the resin molding temperature and heat treatment and processing of the different ways there are some differences.
