High Pressurized Solar Water Heater

1.Working Principle
Jinyi integrative pressurized solar water heaters
are all-glass evacuated tubes domestic solar hot water systems
combined with heat pipes inside the glass tubes. The selective
coating on the inner tube converts solar energy into heat energy
and transfers to the heat pipe by an aluminum fin.
2.The details of material:
Evacuated tube: high quality borosilicate glass 3.3, with the
selective absorber coating AL-N/ALN-SS/Cu and heat pipe inside the
tube;
Inner tank: SUS304-2B stainless steel plate with thickness 1.2-2.0
mm ;
Outer tank: stainless steel, porcelain enamel plate, colour steel
plate,0.5mm;
Bracket: stainless steel (1.0-1.5mm, thickness on average) ,
galvanized steel plate(1.5-2.0mm , thickness on average ),
aluminium alloy (2.0-2.5mm, thickness on average).
3.Features:
1) The inner tank is made of Stainless steel SUS304/2B food
grade, thickness range from 1.2 mm to 2.0mm according to the
requirements from the clients.
2) No vent and less heat loss as compared to Thermosyphon
solar water heater.
3) Adopts the best conduction performance
metal-heat pipe (copper TU1)
4) The whole system employs human-oriented design, there is
no water directly flows in the tube,so the system can still operate
well in the event of occasional tube broken.
5) No sealing rubber is needed and hence no leaking
problem.
6) All-year-round in service. Whatever the weather is like
cloudy or rainy, daytime
or at night, the light-electric style can still provide
the hot water for showers.
7) Adopt intelligent controller systems to achieve
completely automatic
